  1. The Custom Sets menu.  'ALL', 'NO', and 'Mac OS' are pre-defined.  Any others below are sets YOU create, then save by selecting 'Save Set...'  You may rename a set at any time, if you wish.  You will always have 10 Sets + Custom.
